Export Coordinator (m/w/d) – 80% \- 100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Betreuung und Beratung unserer internationalen Kunden * Koordination und Abwicklung von Aufträgen von der Bestellung bis zur Auslieferung * Organisation von internationalen Transporten und Erstellung bzw. Prüfung der erforderlichen Exportdokumente * Erstellung von Offerten * Reklamationsentgegennahme und Erledigung mit Hilfe des Vorgesetzten und/oder Productmanagers * Unterstützung der Area Manager Export bei der Betreuung und Entwicklung der internationalen Märkte * Pflege von Kunden\- und Verkaufsdaten im ERP\-System * Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Exportbereich

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Customer Service Export oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden und Geschäftspartnern aus verschiedenen Ländern
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent und Freude an koordinativen Aufgaben
  • Gute MS\-Office\- und idealerweise ERP\-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englisch\- und Deutschkenntnisse, ösisch von Vorteil
  • Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
