Deine Aufgaben

* Organisieren und Abwickeln allgemeiner Sekretariats- und Verwaltungsaufgaben

* Vorbereiten der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

* Bearbeiten und Verrechnen interner Werkstättenaufträge (ILV, ICV und EL)

* Erstellen von Rechnungen und Abwickeln kaufmännischer Fremdaufträge

* Unterstützen der AKÜ-Administration einschließlich Kontierung und Verrechnung im Vertretungsfall

Profil

* Ausbildung - Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Fachkenntnisse - Berufserfahrung in der Administration oder kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung sowie gute MS-Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse

* Persönliche Stärken - Selbstständige, strukturierte und verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Teamfähigkeit

* Zusätzlich bringst du mit - Kommunikationsstärke, soziale Kompetenz und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
