Deine Mission -------------

  • Kompetente Telefonberatung: Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch kompetent und lösungsorientiert zu unseren erstklassigen Bankprodukten und Dienstleistungen und gehst gezielt auf ihre Anliegen und Bedürfnisse ein.
  • Sorgfältige schriftliche Kundenbetreuung: Du bearbeitest schriftliche Anfragen und Aufträge selbständig, effizient und mit hoher Genauigkeit – immer mit dem Anspruch, exzellenten Service zu bieten.
  • Aktive Kundenakquise \& Begeisterung: Du überzeugst bestehende und potenzielle Kunden von unseren ausgezeichneten Produkten und Dienstleistungen und trägst aktiv zum Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms bei.
  • Persönlicher Service vor Ort (Kundenzone): Einmal pro Woche übernimmst du eigenverantwortlich den Service\-Desk an unserem Hauptsitz in Basel und sorgst für eine professionelle und freundliche Kundenbetreuung vor Ort.
  • Vertrieb \& Repräsentation: Du setzt proaktiv Vertriebs\- und Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen um und übernimmst repräsentative Aufgaben, um das Image unserer Bank nachhaltig zu stärken und unseren gemeinsamen Erfolg voranzubringen.

Das bringst du mit ------------------

  • Abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und mind. 1\-2 Jahre Bankberufserfahrung
  • Präzises und selbstständiges Arbeiten mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe
  • Freude an der telefonischen Kundenberatung und am Verkauf ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch, weitere Landessprachen sind ein absolutes Plus

Wir haben zwar keine eigene Kantine, aber hungern musst du trotzdem nicht. Du erhältst jeden Monat 180 CHW (Anteil gemäss Arbeitspensum) und kannst damit z.B. zu Mittag essen.
