The posting

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee budgets and operational costs for fieldwork activities.
  • Manage and allocate resources and budgets throughout the fieldwork process (before, during, and after).
  • Collaborate efficiently with team members, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the execution of high-quality quantitative and qualitative fieldwork.
  • Lead the field team in recruitment, interviews, and conducting both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork.
  • Maintain a robust field team presence in the Jabodetabek area and other cities across Indonesia.
  • Exhibit strong managerial and leadership capabilities to effectively guide the team.
  • Perform well under pressure, ensuring data quality meets set targets.
  • Oversee field vendors to ensure smooth field operations.
  • Focus specifically on the project fieldwork.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative fieldwork, with a proven leadership track record.
  • Comprehensive understanding of fieldwork methodologies and strategies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with a diverse team of researchers and operations staff.
  • Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities, with a proven track record of meeting targets ahead of deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to create and manage budgets for operational costs for various projects.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Work Setting:
