Customer Success Manager

We're looking for a proactive, enthusiastic person to join our Customer Success team who puts customer happiness first!

The role

You'll work alongside the Salesperson to onboard new customers and drive adoption of their chosen products and services. You'll host regular service reviews, track success metrics, and spot opportunities to cross/upsell where it solves a customer challenge. This role will build your Client Relationship skills from the ground up, with regular training and a clear development path.

Experience in IoT or a similar industry is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll get you up to speed with a structured induction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Keeping Salesforce and internal systems (including PACS) accurately updated
  • Monitoring activation and cancellation reports, coordinating with Account Managers on next steps
  • Supporting Account Management on strategic or high revenue accounts, handling initial customer queries
  • Driving resolution of customer issues, escalations and outages, chasing progress until resolved
  • Managing post-sales onboarding, ensuring orders go through on time and progress is tracked
  • Conducting quarterly business reviews (face-to-face or Teams)
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Feeding customer feedback back into the business to improve the experience

Your Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role (sales, support or account management)
  • Natural desire to help others and build rapport across all levels
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Effective time management and clear communication
  • Collaborative team player
