The posting

Company Description

Founded in 2014, Wiremind is a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in inventory, ticketing and revenue management. Combining deep industry expertise with AI, data science and a modern UX, we help our clients sell their capacity across every channel and at the right price.

We partner with leading rail operators, airlines and event organizers to transform their commercial performance via machine-learning-powered demand forecasting and agentic automation, decision-ready visualizations, and intuitive interfaces for end users, driving customer loyalty and engagement. Our applications have become the tool of choice for more than 80 clients across more than 20 countries worldwide, from passenger transport operators such as SNCF, Transavia, VIA Rail Canada and Eurostar to sports clubs such as PSG, Angers SCO and FC Sochaux, to manage their inventory, sell tickets across every channel, and optimize their pricing on a daily basis.

Today, Wiremind has 170 employees and has been profitable and 100% bootstrapped since day one. We are a team of experts driven by engineering excellence and product impact.

Our culture & challenges 🤝

  • Passion for tech: Product and software engineering are central. We place the utmost importance on deeply understanding business challenges and solving them through product and technical excellence to ensure the quality of our solutions. Code quality is central, with a true craftsmanship culture to guarantee reliable and sustainable products.
  • Excellence without ego: To deliver the highest-quality solutions possible to our clients, we rely on a great deal of humility and mutual support in our daily work. We are surrounded by talented people who help us grow. For us, making progress also means knowing how to listen, challenge ourselves, and learn from others.
  • Embrace curiosity: At Wiremind, trust is expressed through a high level of autonomy that encourages everyone to innovate and take ownership of their projects. This balance between freedom to experiment and accountability ensures tangible impact and personal growth for everyone.
  • Stay Agile: We rely on agility with simple methods: we test, we learn, and we adapt very quickly. This constant feedback is what allows us to move forward without getting stuck in heavy processes.

The role 💼

Wiremind is looking for a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product across all Wiremind products, with a major focus on Passenger, which represents around 90% of our business.

Our users are revenue managers and pricing analysts who make decisions with a direct financial impact, every day, on top of demand forecasting and dynamic pricing algorithms. The product is modular and dense. Building it well requires real domain immersion, a strong grasp of what algorithms can and cannot do, and a demanding eye on UX.

Reporting to our CEO, Colin, and as a member of the executive leadership team, you will lead a team of around 15 people across Product and Design.

This role is for you if…

  • You connect vision and reality: you set a clear product direction, turn it into concrete results, and contribute to Wiremind’s overall strategy as a member of the executive team.
  • You like to get into the details: when a squad is stuck, you step in, reshuffle things for two weeks if needed, and unblock it.
  • You have strong convictions, and you enjoy building with a founder who stays close to the product. Colin delegates broadly, but he is deeply involved in Cayzn and will have opinions.
  • Complex, expert-facing products excite you more than consumer products.

It is probably not for you if…

  • You see the CPO role mainly as vision, strategy and client pitches.
  • You expect full ownership of the product with no founder involvement.

What you will do

1. Build one product organization

  • Connect the software and AI/ML product teams around a shared roadmap, shared rituals and shared priorities.
  • Make sure our forecasting and pricing capabilities become clear, usable and explainable features for expert users.

2. Shape Wiremind’s strategy as a C-level

  • Contribute to company strategy as a member of the executive committee, beyond the product scope.
  • Work closely with the CMO and the other C-levels to align product, go-to-market and company priorities.
  • Take part in cross-functional trade-offs at Wiremind level, and connect strategic decisions with the operational reality of the teams.

3. Unblock teams on the ground

  • Be present at squad level, dive into the details when a team is stuck, and make clear product trade-offs.
  • Immerse yourself in our clients’ Revenue Management workflows to make sound decisions on non-obvious problems.

4. Simplify how we work

  • Audit current product processes and rituals: keep what works, prune what slows teams down.
  • Support the roll-out of our squad model and give teams back time for discovery and delivery.

5. Raise the bar on UX and people

  • Work hand in hand with our Head of Design to push UX quality on dense, expert-facing interfaces.
  • Coach the Heads of Product and PMs, with honest and constructive feedback.

What we’re looking for

Must-haves

  • You have 10+ years of product experience, including several years leading product teams as CPO, VP Product or Head of Product.
  • You have built B2B SaaS products for expert users, with high business and interface complexity.
  • You understand Data Science and ML topics well enough to challenge these teams and turn algorithmic capabilities into product value.
  • You have a demanding eye on UX, and you have already raised design standards on complex products.
  • You have structured product teams, processes and rituals (squads, discovery, delivery) in a scaleup.
  • You are fluent in French and have a professional level of English.

Nice-to-haves

  • You have worked in Revenue Management, pricing, transport or mobility.
  • You have worked in a founder-led company where the founders stay involved in product.

The Benefits 🤌

By joining us, you will integrate:

  • A self-financed startup with a strong technical identity! 🧬
  • Beautiful 800 m² offices in the heart of Paris (Bd Poissonnière)
  • Attractive remuneration indexed on performance 💪
  • A caring and stimulating team that encourages skills development through initiative and autonomy
  • A learning environment with opportunities for evolution

You will also benefit from:

  • A hybrid policy: 2 days of remote work per week and the possibility to work occasionally from abroad
  • A great company culture (monthly afterworks, regular meetings on technology and products, annual off-site seminars, team-building…)
  • Access to WellPass at a preferential rate to maintain your well-being 🏀
  • An annual budget for your IT equipment
  • A partnership with the People & Baby network of inter-company nurseries to help with childcare for children aged 0 to 3 🐣

The Recruitment Process 🤞

  1. A screening interview with Anne-Laure (Lead Talent Acquisition) - 45 min
  2. An interview with Colin (CEO) - 1h
  3. A use case to prepare
  4. An on-site session at our offices to present your use case to Colin
  5. A meeting with Charles (CTO and co-founder) and Rémi (Managing Director)
  6. Meetings with members of the executive team
  7. Meetings with members of the Product team (direct reports)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
