Dann ist dies Ihre Chance! Als Anstellungsschule für die Schulkooperation Berner Oberland sucht die Wirtschaftsschule Thun (WST) per 1. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n Information Security Officer / Informationssicherheitsbeauftragte:r (m/w/d) 80-100 % Das Wirkungsfeld dieser neu geschaffenen Schlüsselposition erstreckt sich über sieben Schulen (zwei Gymnasien und fünf Berufsfachschulen) im Berner Oberland. Diesen Beitrag können Sie leisten Beim Aufbau und der Einführung des ISMS an sieben Schulen aktiv mitwirken. Das ISMS an den Schulen nachhaltig bewirtschaften, überprüfen und optimieren. Ein gelebtes ISDS-Bewusstsein bei Schulleitung, Lehrpersonen und Verwaltung etablieren sowie stufengerecht zu Konzepten und Risikoanalysen beraten. ISDS-Risiken systematisch erheben, beurteilen und daraus schulübergreifende Standards erarbeiten und umsetzen und die Schulen bei der Bewältigung unterstützen. Schulinteressen gegenüber dem Amt sowie anderen Schulkooperationen vertreten und an die SIBE und die Schulleitung berichten. Das bringen Sie mit Bachelor/Master in Informatik oder im Bildungsbereich, Informatiker/in EFZ mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung sowie fachspezifische Weiterbildung (z.B. CAS, CISA, CRISK). Fundierte Praxis im ISDS-Umfeld (idealerweise Sek II oder kantonalen Datenschutz) sowie im Aufbau und Betrieb von ISMS. Hohe Eigenverantwortung und strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, um sieben Schulkontexte parallel zu managen. Durchsetzungsstarke und konfliktfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Empathie, um komplexe Vorgaben stufengerecht zu vermitteln und Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen. Deutsch auf C2-Niveau, Reisebereitschaft Raum Berner Oberland. Das macht uns aus Grosser Gestaltungsspielraum, flache Hierarchien und eine offene Teamkultur. Flexibles Jahresarbeitszeitmodell, mobiles Arbeiten (Homeoffice), zweimal täglich 15 Minuten bezahlte Pausenzeit. 5 bis 7 Wochen Ferien (altersabhängig), flexibel oder abgestimmt auf den Schulbetrieb planbar. 15 garantierte, bezahlte Feiertage pro Jahr (Wochenend-Feiertage werden voll kompensiert). Erhöhte Arbeitszeit (42h/Woche) mit pauschalem Ausgleich zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr. Anstellung nach dem Personalreglement der Stadt Thun.
