Med din bakgrund inom modehandeln kommer du tillsammans med övriga teammedlemmar ansvara för att maximera försäljningen i butik, samt öka konsumenternas kunskap om Marty och våra varumärken – per automatik blir du en ambassadör för Marty. Du har en god förmåga att prioritera, du utför ditt arbete strukturerat med mycket god kvalitet där ditt personliga engagemang bidrar till kundupplevelser utöver det vanliga. För att lyckas i rollen anser vi att du måste ha passion för mode och trender, men framför allt älska kundmötet och tycka om sociala interaktioner. Som person har du god självinsikt och förmågan att motivera, engagera och utveckla dina kollegor med en positiv, ödmjuk inställning. Du är en självgående, flexibel lagspelare med stort engagemang inom försäljning. Genom din kunskap om produkter, material och service samt förmåga att läsa människor, blir du en nyckelperson, inte bara för Marty, utan även för kunderna. Tidigare erfarenhet inom försäljning samt detaljhandeln ser vi som en självklarhet och att du har fyllt 18 år är ett krav för att söka tjänsten. Vidare behöver du trivas med att arbeta i en mycket dynamisk och flexibel miljö, med högt tempo. I tjänsten erbjuds möjligheter att arbeta med många etablerade varumärken, i en utvecklande miljö. Bland bolagets mest välkända kan nämnas Stenströms, Sand Copenhagen, Oscar Jacobson, Busnel, Filippa K, Day Birger et Mikkelsen, Hansen & Jacob. Anställningen sker i bolaget Marty Group, tjänsten är på ca 5 h/vecka och innefattar framförallt helgarbete, men kan även infalla på vardag, och tjänsten ger eventuell chans till mertid enligt överenskommet grundschema på månadsbasis. Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning med tillämpning av 6 månaders provanställning. Pension och försäkringar enligt kollektivavtal genom Handelsanställdas förbund.
