Job Description

ABOUT WISE PLATFORM

Wise Platform takes all of the world-class payments products Wise has built over the last 15 years and enables hundreds of millions of consumers and businesses to access them in the places where they already move and manage their money - with banks and large tech platforms.

Today, we’re already powering payments for some of the world’s top neobanks like Monzo, N26, and Nubank, alongside a growing list of leading global banks such as UniCredit, Morgan Stanley and Standard Chartered, to name a few. In the tech platforms space, we’re powering payments for partners across a whole range of industry verticals and use cases. Whether that’s leading marketplaces like Google, Agoda, or Upwork, workforce management tools like Deel, or investment platforms like Interactive Brokers - we’re bringing the power, simplicity, and transparency of Wise to even more people and places.

And, we’re just getting started! Wise Platform is one of the newest and fastest growing products at Wise. We’re a global and highly cross-functional team, spearheading Wise next phase of growth!

THE ROLE

As the Senior Product Analyst in Send for Partners, you’ll sit at the centre of one of Wise Platform’s biggest products: helping the world’s largest banks and platforms send money across borders. You’ll work with the Send for Partner’s team to uncover opportunities that shape the product roadmap, measure success of initiatives and performance against KPIs, and work cross functionality to support product features from ideation to scale. This is a highly autonomous role in a fast-scaling “start-up within a scale-up” environment. You’ll turn ambiguous partner problems into crisp insights, compelling narratives and clear product bets, working closely with Product, Engineering, Commercial and Finance to ship improvements that unlock volume, reduce friction, and increase margin.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • You will deliver high-impact, scalable data solutions such as building and maintaining robust models and data products that directly support the team's efficiency, effectiveness and risk appetite.
  • You will proactively manage team KPIs, ensuring clear measurement and understanding of product performance, undertaking deep-dives and providing actionable recommendations to drive product objectives and roadmap.
  • You will be leveraging advanced analytics, crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring product performance data to life, tell a clear story, and offer diagnostic power.
  • You will conduct opportunity sizing for product initiatives to understand short-term and long-term impacts against key performance indicators and our long term vision.
  • You will support product discovery through initiatives such as market sizing, research, and scenario modelling to inform the product roadmap.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • You have experience working in payments and/or banking. A plus if you’re familiar with FX products, and correspondent banking
  • You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow, Python, and Lightdash. You're comfortable owning analytics from data transformation through to delivering actionable insights.
  • You are commercially minded. Able to translate your analysis into impact and comfortable with opportunity sizing, prioritisation and scenario modelling.
  • You have experience working in a high-growth B2B tech environment and have worked closely with product teams before.
  • You are solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish. You are comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock yourself and make things happen!
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to form your own opinions and effectively articulate them to influence key stakeholders. You should also be comfortable writing and maintaining clear and concise documentation and analysis.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

  • Proficient in python’s various data transformation, visualisation and statistics libraries i.e. pandas, numpy , scipy and plotly
  • Experience leading a team or owning a whole product domain

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
