Somos una empresa líder a nivel nacional en la comercialización y distribución de pisos, recubrimientos cerámicos y acabados de lujo para la construcción. Buscamos integrar a nuestro equipo operativo talento comprometido y dinámico para asegurar la correcta gestión y flujo de nuestros materiales en nuestras sucursales de Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Querétaro y Tijuana.

Objetivo del Puesto

Garantizar la correcta recepción, resguardo, acomodo y entrega de mercancía, manteniendo la integridad del inventario y asegurando un servicio ágil y de calidad tanto para nuestros clientes como para nuestras áreas de ventas.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Recepción y descarga de mercancía: Revisar físicamente los materiales (pisos, azulejos, pegamentos, muebles de baño) asegurando que coincidan con las facturas y órdenes de compra.
  • Acomodo y control de inventario: Clasificar y ubicar la mercancía en los racks correspondientes utilizando patín hidráulico y/o montacargas, siguiendo el sistema de rotación de inventarios (PEPS).
  • Surtido de pedidos (Picking & Packing): Preparar los pedidos de los clientes de manera exacta y oportuna para su entrega en mostrador o envío a domicilio.
  • Atención al cliente: Apoyar en la carga de material en los vehículos de los clientes brindando un excelente nivel de servicio.
  • Mantenimiento del área: Mantener el orden, la limpieza y la seguridad dentro de las instalaciones del almacén.
  • Apoyo en inventarios: Participar activamente en los conteos cíclicos y físicos generales para evitar mermas o descuadres.

Requisitos

  • Escolaridad: Secundaria terminada o Bachillerato.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en puestos similares (almacenista, auxiliar de almacén, maniobras), preferentemente en giros de construcción, ferretería, retail pesado o cerámicos.
  • Habilidades físicas: Capacidad para el manejo manual de cargas pesadas (cajas de pisos y recubrimientos).
  • Competencias técnicas: Conocimiento básico en control de inventarios. Se valorará positivamente contar con constancia DC-3 o experiencia en manejo de montacargas (hombre sentado).
  • Valores: Honestidad, responsabilidad, trabajo en equipo y actitud de servicio.
  • Disponibilidad: Horario de lunes a sábado (disponibilidad para cubrir horarios operativos de tienda).
