Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un Asesor Comercial B2B para posicionar y vender los servicios de reclutamiento, los planes de publicación de vacantes de Wisefind y los programas de capacitación y consultoría de Talento Experto entre empresas que buscan optimizar sus procesos de atracción de talento y desarrollo de equipos. Es un puesto 100% comisionista, ideal para alguien con cartera de contactos en Recursos Humanos, Dirección General o áreas afines, y con habilidades comerciales consultivas.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospectar y cerrar nuevas cuentas B2B para los servicios de reclutamiento de Wisefind, los planes de publicación de vacantes y los programas de Talento Experto.
  • Presentar propuestas de valor adaptadas a las necesidades de cada cliente.
  • Dar seguimiento al ciclo de venta completo, desde la prospección hasta el cierre.
  • Mantener actualizado el pipeline comercial.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable en ventas B2B de servicios, preferentemente en Recursos Humanos, reclutamiento, capacitación o consultoría.
  • Cartera de contactos propia en empresas medianas o grandes.
  • Habilidades de negociación y cierre.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo esquema 100% comisión, sin sueldo base.
