Nuestro cliente es una agencia boutique especializada en activaciones y eventos para marcas de lujo. Trabajamos de cerca con cada cliente, desde el concepto hasta el desmontaje, con una filosofía simple: cada detalle cuenta y cada proyecto lleva nuestra firma. EL ROL

Buscamos a alguien que quiera aprender haciendo. Desde el primer día estarás en la operación real de cada proyecto: en la planeación, en el seguimiento con proveedores, en el sitio durante montaje y desmontaje. No es un puesto de escritorio, aunque hay mucho trabajo de escritorio. Es un puesto para alguien que quiere entender cómo se ejecuta, hasta el último detalle, una experiencia de lujo.

LO QUE HARÁS

  • Apoyar en la planeación y logística de eventos y activaciones, desde preproducción hasta desmontaje.
  • Dar seguimiento a cotizaciones, órdenes de compra y pagos a proveedores.
  • Coordinar agendas, permisos, traslados y requerimientos operativos.
  • Estar presente en sitio durante montaje, ejecución y desmontaje de eventos.
  • Apoyar en procesos administrativos internos de la agencia: facturación, control de gastos, archivo documental.
  • Generar y dar seguimiento a los documentos clave del evento (minuto a minuto, llamados a proveedores, requerimientos de acceso), con el detalle suficiente para que todas las partes involucradas —proveedores, venue y cliente— tengan claridad sobre cada etapa del proyecto.
  • Ejecutar y ajustar en tiempo real el minuto a minuto durante el evento, coordinando en sitio con los distintos proveedores para asegurar el cumplimiento de tiempos.
  • Elaborar checklists de pre-evento y post-evento, dando seguimiento a pendientes con proveedores, permisos y documentación operativa.
  • Apoyar en la resolución de contingencias operativas de primer nivel durante el evento, escalando oportunamente a la Dirección de Operaciones.
  • Apoyar a la Dirección de Operaciones en las necesidades del día a día.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

Licenciatura en Administración, Administración de Empresas Turísticas, Eventos, Negocios o carrera afín. Recién egresada o egresado, o próximo a titularse. No se requiere experiencia previa, sí mucho interés por la industria.

  • Organización, orden y atención al detalle.
  • Capacidad de manejar el estrés y los tiempos ajustados propios de la industria de eventos.
  • Apertura para aprender, recibir retroalimentación y mejorar en cada entrega.
  • Compromiso con los tiempos y responsabilidad sobre los entregables.
  • Disponibilidad de horario variable, incluyendo noches y fines de semana.

Herramientas: Excel y paquetería Office, Google Suite.
