Descripción general

Representa la marca Interceramic dentro de las tiendas de Home Depot, promoviendo los más altos estándares de servicio al cliente y logrando los resultados comerciales planteados. Asegura la mejora consistente de los principales indicadores del negocio, mantiene una relación adecuada con el personal de ventas de Home Depot y conserva en perfecto estado las instalaciones de Interceramic, realizando limpieza, surtido y acomodo diariamente en su unidad.

Requisitos

  • Escolaridad mínima secundaria.
  • Experiencia en ventas y atención al cliente.
  • Facilidad de palabra y excelente actitud de servicio.
  • Gusto por las ventas y la atención al cliente.
  • Orientación al cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a domingo con un día de descanso entre semana.
  • Disponibilidad para laborar en horario rotativo.

Actividades principales

  • Atención y asesoría a clientes.
  • Promoción y venta de productos Interceramic.
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos de venta.
  • Exhibición, acomodo y limpieza del área de productos.
  • Seguimiento a clientes para concretar ventas.
  • Manipulación de materiales pesados.

Competencias: comunicación, negociación, adaptabilidad, enfoque a resultados y capacidad de aprendizaje.

Sueldo mensual: $12,500.00 MXN

Bonos

  • Bono de CV, $1,800.00.
  • Bono de gestión, $1,000.00 mensual (con el cumplimiento del 100% de calificación).
  • Bono de transporte, $300.00.
  • Bono de contratación, $3,000.00.

  • Fondo de ahorro del 10%, 5% aportado por el colaborador y 5% por la empresa, desde el ingreso, entregado dos veces al año.
