Compañía líder en la industria MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) busca CEO para liderar la siguiente etapa de crecimiento y evolución estratégica del negocio.

Buscamos un(a) ejecutivo(a) con sólida trayectoria en industrias altamente relacionales y orientadas a servicio premium, capaz de combinar visión estratégica, liderazgo comercial y excelencia operativa en entornos de alta exigencia y dinamismo.

El perfil ideal deberá contar con experiencia liderando organizaciones complejas, fortaleciendo relaciones de largo plazo con clientes corporativos y generando crecimiento sostenible a través de altos estándares de ejecución, servicio y posicionamiento de mercado.

Se requiere una fuerte orientación comercial, alta capacidad de influencia y habilidad para construir alineación y confianza dentro de estructuras organizacionales maduras.

Se valorará especialmente experiencia de al menos 10 años en la industria MICE, eventos corporativos, turismo de reuniones, hospitality, DMC o sectores relacionados, así como dominio bilingüe español–inglés.

Compañía líder en la industria MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) busca CEO para liderar la siguiente etapa de consolidación, crecimiento y evolución estratégica del negocio.

La posición será responsable de dirigir integralmente la estrategia, operación y desarrollo comercial de la organización, asegurando excelencia operativa, fortalecimiento de relaciones clave y crecimiento sostenible en un entorno altamente dinámico, relacional y orientado a resultados.

Buscamos un(a) líder altamente comercial, con profundo entendimiento de la naturaleza relacional y reputacional de la industria MICE, capaz de fortalecer vínculos estratégicos de largo plazo con clientes corporativos, partners y actores clave del sector.

El candidato ideal deberá distinguirse por una orientación genuina hacia la excelencia en servicio y experiencia del cliente, entendiendo que en la industria MICE la confianza, la capacidad de respuesta y la ejecución impecable son factores críticos para la permanencia y crecimiento del negocio.

Asimismo, buscamos un perfil con altos estándares operativos, fuerte sensibilidad comercial y capacidad para generar alineación y confianza dentro de estructuras organizacionales maduras, preservando la esencia, reputación y posicionamiento construidos por la compañía a lo largo de los años.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar integralmente la estrategia, operación y desarrollo comercial de la compañía, asegurando cumplimiento de objetivos financieros, comerciales y organizacionales.
  • Fortalecer y expandir relaciones estratégicas con clientes corporativos, partners, proveedores y actores clave de la industria.
  • Garantizar excelencia operativa y altos estándares de ejecución en todos los servicios y eventos de la compañía.
  • Impulsar crecimiento sostenible, rentabilidad y escalabilidad del negocio mediante iniciativas estratégicas y comerciales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de expansión, diversificación e innovación alineadas a las necesidades del mercado y de los clientes.
  • Asegurar alineación y efectividad del equipo directivo, promoviendo una cultura de colaboración, accountability y alto desempeño.
  • Preservar y fortalecer el posicionamiento, reputación y cultura organizacional de la empresa.
  • Fungir como principal enlace entre Corporativo y operación, manteniendo visibilidad clara sobre resultados, riesgos y oportunidades estratégicas.
  • Desarrollar y fortalecer capacidades de liderazgo dentro de la organización.

Perfil requerido

  • Experiencia comprobada de 10 años en posiciones de Dirección General / CEO o roles ejecutivos equivalentes dentro de la industria MICE, eventos corporativos, turismo de reuniones, hospitality, DMC o sectores relacionados, así como dominio bilingüe español–inglés.
  • Trayectoria liderando organizaciones complejas y equipos directivos senior.
  • Sólida red de relaciones dentro de la industria y alta credibilidad profesional.
  • Experiencia relevante en desarrollo de negocio, negociación y gestión de cuentas estratégicas.
  • Perfil altamente comercial, orientado a generación y fortalecimiento de relaciones de largo plazo.
  • Fuerte orientación hacia excelencia operativa y experiencia del cliente.
  • Capacidad para operar en entornos de alta exigencia, ritmo acelerado y presión constante.
  • Alta capacidad de influencia, comunicación y construcción de relaciones de confianza.
  • Visión estratégica combinada con fuerte orientación a ejecución y resultados.
  • Deseable experiencia liderando procesos de crecimiento, transformación o transición organizacional.
