Resumen del Rol

Responsable de supervisar y controlar los procesos financieros de la planta, optimizando inventarios, costos y cumplimiento normativo, alineando la gestión financiera con los objetivos de producción.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad (indispensable).
  • Mínimo 5 años como Contralor en plantas de manufactura o alimentos.
  • Experiencia en gestión de inventarios y control de costos.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y experiencia en SAP (finanzas, inventarios, costos, contabilidad).
  • Must have experience in: Manufacturing - Food Processing (Meat/Poultry/Seafood), Manufacturing - Contract Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO), Manufactura Alimentos

Detalles de Compensación

Salario: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 MXN monthly

Pago Variable

Bono anual por desempeño sujeto a resultados de la planta.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Supervisar y controlar los procesos financieros de la planta conforme a políticas corporativas.
  • Implementar controles para detectar desviaciones en consumos y materia prima.

Criterios del Candidato Ideal

Experiencia: Debe tener un mínimo de 4 años y un máximo de 8 años de experiencia general

Estabilidad Laboral: Mínimo 3 años

Educación/Especialización Requerida
