Resumen del Rol

Lidera la operación y estrategia de la división de Infraestructura y Edificación, optimizando rentabilidad, digitalizando procesos y preparando la transición a la Dirección General en una empresa constructora líder.

Requisitos Indispensables

Estas cualificaciones son necesarias para ser considerado para esta posición:

  • Título en Ingeniería Civil y Maestría (MBA, Alta Dirección o similar) en gestión de negocios.
  • Minimo 15 de experiencia en construcción de Infraestructura, con trayectoria ascendente y estable en infraestructura y edificación. Ultimos 5 ańos como Director.
  • Al menos 5 años recientes como Director de Obra, Operaciones o Construcción en proyectos de gran escala.
  • Certificaciones en gestión de proyectos PMP ó Lean Construction.
  • Profundo conocimiento del mercado de construcción en México, normativa, contratos internacionales y APPs.
  • Experiencia en cualquiera de estas industrias: Construction - Airports & Aviation Infrastructure, Construction - Heavy Highway & Roads, Construction - Oil & Gas Refineries (Downstream)

Detalles de Compensación

Salario: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 MXN monthly

Pago Variable: Bonos por resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos de infraestructura y edificación, asegurando tiempo, costo, calidad y seguridad.
  • Colaborar en la estrategia comercial, licitaciones y negociación de contratos de alta envergadura.
  • Desarrollar equipos gerenciales y técnicos, institucionalizando procesos y preparando la sucesión directiva.

Criterios del Candidato Ideal

  • Experiencia: mínimo 15 años y máximo 25 años de experiencia general.
  • Estabilidad Laboral: Mínimo 4 años.
  • Educación/Especialización Requerida: Grado universitario requerido - Ingeniería Civil. Máster requerido - MBA o Maestría en Finanzas.
