Únete a una empresa líder en la industria de bebidas como Director de Planta, impulsando la excelencia operativa, el cumplimiento normativo y el logro de metas financieras, con enfoque en seguridad, eficiencia y liderazgo de equipos de alto rendimiento.

Requisitos Indispensables

Estas cualificaciones son necesarias para ser considerado para esta posición:

  • Mínimo 15 años de experiencia directiva reciente en manufactura de alimentos y bebidas, liderando equipos y cumpliendo KPIs de producción y calidad.
  • Poseer certificación Lean Manufacturing o Six Sigma, o mínimo 2 años aplicando estas metodologías en procesos productivos.
  • Título en Ingeniería y Maestría terminada en Negocios o Finanzas.
  • Realizar y liderar auditorías GFSI anuales, garantizando el 100% de cumplimiento en normas de seguridad alimentaria.
  • Demostrar liderazgo efectivo durante crisis, coordinando equipos y ejecutando planes de contingencia en menos de 24 horas.
  • Industrias requeridas: El candidato debe contar con experiencia en alguna de estas industrias: Food and Beverage Manufacturing | Manufacturing - Beverage (Soft Drinks / Water / Juice).

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Supervisar la manufactura de extremo a extremo, cumpliendo metas de producción y KPIs de OEE.
  • Garantizar cumplimiento de FSMA, HACCP y certificaciones GFSI, manteniendo la planta lista para auditorías.
  • Administrar el presupuesto operativo, enfocándose en reducción de merma y maximización de márgenes.
  • Servir de enlace entre ventas, mantenimiento y QA para asegurar integridad y eficiencia del producto.

Detalles de Compensación

Salario: $150,000 – $200,000 MXN mensual

Pago Variable: Bono anual por desempeño basado en KPIs y resultados financieros.
