Resumen del Rol

Asesor Comercial Inmobiliario Senior para venta de departamentos residenciales premium en preventa en CDMX. Atiende clientes de alto valor, conduce visitas, asesora en proceso financiero/legal y convierte oportunidades calificadas en apartados, contratos y escrituras.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • Experiencia comprobable en venta inmobiliaria residencial premium, idealmente departamentos en preventa en CDMX.
  • Trayectoria cerrando operaciones de ticket alto con clientes exigentes, usuarios finales e inversionistas.
  • Disponibilidad indispensable para trabajar fines de semana, días festivos y guardias comerciales.
  • Presentación profesional, comunicación ejecutiva y presencia corporativa acorde con una marca residencial premium.
  • Conocimiento sólido de apartado, contrato, enganche, crédito hipotecario, avalúo, notaría y escrituración.

Detalles de Compensación

Salario: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 MXN monthly

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Atender leads, llamadas, WhatsApps y prospectos asignados con velocidad, calidad, criterio comercial y seguimiento disciplinado.
  • Calificar clientes por presupuesto, enganche, crédito, urgencia, perfil patrimonial, necesidad y etapa real de decisión.
  • Conducir visitas al showroom, presentando producto, ubicación, amenidades, precio, financiamiento y proceso de compra.
  • Dar seguimiento hasta apartado, contrato y escrituración, manteniendo CRM actualizado con objeciones, actividades y próximos pasos.
  • Coordinarse con dirección comercial, marketing, bancos y área legal para resolver objeciones y mejorar conversión.

Criterios del Candidato Ideal

Experiencia: Debe tener un mínimo de 15 años y un máximo de 40 años de experiencia general

Estabilidad Laboral: Mínimo 3 años
