Empresa líder en gestión de eventos corporativos, viajes de incentivo y congresos | Ciudad de México | Híbrido

Objetivo del puesto

Diseñar, coordinar e implementar iniciativas de desarrollo organizacional, comunicación interna, capacitación y experiencia del colaborador, asegurando la correcta implementación y difusión de programas, políticas y procesos del área de Human Talent, con el objetivo de fortalecer la cultura organizacional, mejorar la experiencia del talento y contribuir al alineamiento estratégico entre las áreas de la organización.

Actividades principales

  • Diseñar y coordinar iniciativas de desarrollo organizacional orientadas a fortalecer la cultura organizacional, el desempeño del talento y la alineación entre áreas.
  • Participar en la estructuración, seguimiento y mejora de indicadores y proyectos relacionados con experiencia del colaborador y mejora continua.
  • Diseñar, coordinar y difundir comunicados institucionales y campañas de comunicación interna.
  • Coordinar el proceso de inducción institucional y el journey de onboarding para nuevos ingresos, incluyendo el programa Onboarding Buddy.
  • Desarrollar e implementar programas de capacitación organizacional y administrar plataformas de aprendizaje corporativo (LMS/LXP).
  • Apoyar en procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal, incluyendo publicación de vacantes, filtro de candidatos y coordinación de entrevistas.
  • Coordinar iniciativas orientadas a fortalecer el engagement, sentido de pertenencia y cultura organizacional.
  • Apoyar en la actualización y comunicación de políticas organizacionales.
  • Colaborar en campañas internas de bienestar, sustentabilidad, liderazgo y cultura corporativa.
  • Coordinar la planeación y ejecución de eventos y festividades institucionales.
  • Gestionar la búsqueda y evaluación de proveedores relacionados con iniciativas de Recursos Humanos.
  • Utilizar herramientas tecnológicas e inteligencia artificial para optimizar procesos del área.

Perfil requerido

  • Licenciatura en Comunicación, Psicología Organizacional, Administración, Recursos Humanos o afín.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en áreas de Desarrollo Organizacional, Comunicación Interna, Cultura Organizacional o Recursos Humanos.
  • Experiencia comprobable en reclutamiento y selección de personal (indispensable).
  • Inglés conversacional de negocios (indispensable).
  • Deseable experiencia en industria MICE, turismo o travel.
