  • Transformar datos dispersos en dashboards claros que permitan entender flujo, riesgos y oportunidades, pasando de reportes históricos a control en tiempo real.
  • Ejecutar e implementar procesos y automatizaciones en un entorno sin estructura previa, logrando orden, velocidad operativa y disciplina sin frenar el negocio.

Resumen del Rol

Responsable de diseñar e integrar el sistema completo de control patrimonial del grupo, consolidando datos financieros, fiscales, legales y operativos en una sola estructura. Ejecuta, automatiza y genera visibilidad en tiempo real para decisiones estratégicas.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia integrando información de múltiples entidades, cuentas y activos en un solo sistema.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia proyectando flujos de efectivo (cash flow) y determinar la viabilidad de reinversiones o salidas estratégicas.
  • Capacidad probada de implementar sistemas y procesos (ERP, BI, automatización), conectando fuentes de datos y asegurando calidad, trazabilidad y actualización continua de la información.
  • Experiencia trabajando directo con dueños o alta dirección, traduciendo información compleja en decisiones accionables, con criterio financiero y enfoque en impacto real en el negocio.
  • Perfil híbrido: finanzas + sistemas + operación. Capaz de estructurar, ejecutar y dar seguimiento, coordinando contadores, fiscalistas y abogados bajo un mismo flujo operativo.

Salario: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 MXN monthly

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Consolidar todas las entidades, cuentas, inversiones y activos en un sistema único, asegurando visibilidad total, consistencia de datos y control patrimonial en tiempo real.
  • Diseñar e implementar la arquitectura de información, conectando bancos, ERP, CRM y otras fuentes, creando un "single source of truth" confiable y automatizado.
  • Desarrollar dashboards accionables que muestren flujo, posición y riesgos, permitiendo decisiones rápidas y eliminando reportes estáticos sin valor operativo.
  • Coordinar y alinear a contadores, fiscalistas y abogados, asegurando ejecución integrada, seguimiento puntual y coherencia entre lo fiscal, legal y financiero.
  • Implementar procesos y automatizaciones que mejoren eficiencia, reduzcan errores y permitan escalar la operación con control, sin frenar la velocidad del negocio.

Experiencia: Debe tener un mínimo de 5 años y un máximo de 10 años de experiencia general

Estabilidad Laboral: Mínimo 3 años

Educación/Especialización Requerida
