Resumen del Rol

Lidera la transformación operativa de la planta, impulsando la mejora continua, optimizando procesos y asegurando eficiencia, inocuidad y seguridad en la manufactura de alimentos y bebidas.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • Ingeniería Industrial, en Alimentos, Química.
  • Certificación Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado para reportes y lectura técnica.
  • Mínimo 4-5 años en mejora continua o excelencia operativa en alimentos/bebidas o farmacéutica.
  • Dominio de Lean tools (VSM, SMED, TPM), software estadístico y Excel avanzado.

MUST HAVE INDUSTRIES: Candidate must have experience working in any of these industries: Manufacturing - Beverage (Soft Drinks/Water/Juice), Manufacturing - Food Processing (Meat/Poultry/Seafood)

Detalles de Compensación

Salario: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 MXN monthly

Pago Variable

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Definir y dar seguimiento a KPIs operativos, asegurando decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Liderar la implementación de Lean-Six Sigma y cultura de mejora continua en la planta.
  • Lograr el nivel de efectividad requerida a través de métodos de trabajo y mejora continua
  • Capacitar y certificar equipos internos en herramientas de solución de problemas.
  • Asegurar que los equipos de trabajo actúen de forma autónoma de acuerdo a los métodos de trabajo

Criterios del Candidato Ideal

Experiencia: Debe tener un mínimo de 15 años y un máximo de 25 años de experiencia general

Estabilidad Laboral: Mínimo 3 años

Educación/Especialización Requerida
