Resumen del Rol

Responsable de coordinar y supervisar todas las etapas del proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos técnicos, financieros y de calidad para desarrollos inmobiliarios de lujo en Los Cabos.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • 10–15 años de experiencia en proyectos de construcción de lujo. Proyectos con valor superior a 5 millones de dólares.
  • Dominio de MS Project y Excel avanzado; control financiero de proyectos.
  • Licenciatura o título profesional en Ingeniería Civil, debidamente acreditado por una institución reconocida.
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado indispensable y disponibilidad para reubicación a Los Cabos.
  • Must have experience in: Construction - Multifamily (Apartments/Condos), Construction - Commercial High-Rise (Office/Mixed-Use), Construccion Infraestructura

Detalles de Compensación

Salario: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 MXN monthly

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Gestionar el programa, presupuesto, contratos y riesgos asociados al proyecto.
  • Planear, dirigir y controlar la ejecución integral del proyecto desde la fase ejecutiva hasta la entrega final.
  • Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y validar estimaciones de obra.
  • Representar el proyecto ante clientes y autoridades locales.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad en cada etapa del proyecto, asegurando la conformidad con las especificaciones técnicas.

Criterios del Candidato Ideal

Experiencia: Debe tener un mínimo de 10 años y un máximo de 20 años de experiencia general

Estabilidad Laboral: Mínimo 3 años

Educación/Especialización Requerida

  • Grado universitario requerido - Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil
  • Certificación PMP por el PMI (no importa si no está actualizado)
