Serás responsable de garantizar la seguridad de instalaciones, bienes y personas mediante vigilancia activa, control de accesos y respuesta oportuna ante situaciones de riesgo, asegurando siempre el cumplimiento de los protocolos establecidos.

Desafíos del Puesto

  • Gestión de Emergencias: Responder de manera rápida y efectiva ante cualquier situación de riesgo o emergencia.
  • Vigilancia Proactiva: Mantener una observación constante para prevenir actos de vandalismo, robos o intrusiones.
  • Control de Accesos: Supervisar rigurosamente la entrada y salida de personas y vehículos, verificando autorizaciones e identidades.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Controlar el acceso de empleados, proveedores y visitantes.
  • Realizar rondines de vigilancia para detectar condiciones inseguras o sospechosas.
  • Monitorear sistemas de seguridad como CCTV, alarmas y controles de acceso.
  • Registrar minuciosamente las entradas y salidas en bitácoras físicas o digitales.
  • Reportar cualquier anomalía o incidente de manera inmediata.

¿Qué buscamos en ti?

  • Educación: Preparatoria terminada (criterio ideal); secundaria como mínimo indispensable.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años en puestos de seguridad (criterio ideal).
  • Estabilidad: Al menos 1 año de permanencia en empleos anteriores.
  • Conocimientos: Manejo de protocolos básicos de seguridad y bitácoras.
  • Competencias: Buena condición física, habilidades de observación y reacción, documentación en regla.
  • Disponibilidad: Flexibilidad de horario para turnos rotativos.
