INGENIERO QUÍMICO – PROCESOS Y PROYECTOS DE BEBIDAS

Buscamos Ingeniero Químico con experiencia sólida en ingeniería de procesos y desarrollo de proyectos para la industria de bebidas, refrescos y/o lácteos.

Requisitos indispensables

* Ingeniería Química o Ingeniería Mecánica. * Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en procesos y proyectos dentro de la industria de bebidas, refrescos y/o lácteos. * Experiencia en ingeniería básica y de detalle, incluyendo definición de proyectos, selección y especificación de equipos, coordinación de montaje y puesta en marcha en planta. * Experiencia comprobable con: * Válvulas y bombas. * Intercambiadores de calor. * Tuberías y accesorios sanitarios de acero inoxidable. * Pasteurizadores. * Sistemas CIP (Cleaning in Place). * Carbonatadores. * Blenders y sistemas de mezclado. * Equipos de formulación y preparación de producto.

* Inglés avanzado (deseable) * Visa de turista vigente (indispensable)

Principales responsabilidades

* Desarrollar la ingeniería básica y de detalle de proyectos de procesos para la industria de bebidas. * Definir especificaciones técnicas, componentes y equipos requeridos para cada proyecto. * Coordinar técnicamente el montaje e instalación de equipos y sistemas de proceso. * Dar seguimiento a la ejecución de proyectos directamente en planta. * Participar en pruebas, arranque y puesta en marcha de equipos y líneas de proceso. * Coordinar técnicamente con proveedores, contratistas y las diferentes áreas involucradas en cada proyecto. * Asegurar que las instalaciones y equipos cumplan con las especificaciones técnicas y los estándares sanitarios correspondientes.
