Resumen del Rol

Responsable de diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de compras para una nueva unidad de negocio retail, negociando con proveedores y asegurando rentabilidad, rotación y disponibilidad óptima de productos.

Requisitos Indispensables

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Comercio, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadotecnia o Finanzas.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en compras retail, autoservicio o category management.
  • Competencias en negociación avanzada, análisis financiero y pensamiento estratégico.
  • Dominio de Excel avanzado y experiencia con ERP; SAP/Tableau deseable.
  • Experiencia previa en empresas de autoservicio, conveniencia o retail foodservice.

Detalles de Compensación

Salario: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 MXN monthly

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Negociar precios, descuentos y promociones con proveedores para maximizar márgenes.
  • Desarrollar y administrar el catálogo de productos para puntos de venta autoservicio
  • Analizar ventas, márgenes y tendencias de consumo para la toma de decisiones.
  • Supervisar niveles de inventario y coordinar con logística y operaciones.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores comerciales clave para la gestión de compras.

Criterios del Candidato Ideal

Experiencia: Debe tener un mínimo de 4 años y un máximo de 12 años de experiencia general

Estabilidad Laboral: Mínimo 3 años

Educación/Especialización Requerida

  • Grado universitario requerido - Ingeniería, Administración, Comercio o Afín
