Buscamos un(a) Jefe de Piso responsable de la operación de la unidad de negocio, la gestión del equipo de trabajo y el cumplimiento de los indicadores comerciales.

Principales responsabilidades

Administrar y supervisar la operación diaria de la tienda.

Liderar, desarrollar y motivar al equipo de ventas.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de metas e indicadores comerciales.

Brindar una excelente experiencia de servicio al cliente.

Dar seguimiento a inventarios, exhibiciones y procesos operativos.

Elaborar reportes y dar seguimiento a resultados de la tienda.

Requisitos

Bachillerato concluido, carrera técnica o licenciatura trunca/concluida.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en ventas y manejo de personal.

Experiencia en cumplimiento de objetivos e indicadores comerciales.

Disponibilidad de horario.

Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.

Manejo de equipos de ventas y atención al cliente.

Horario rotativo de 8am a 4pm y 11:30 am a 7:00 pm

SD $590 pago semanal

Comisión $4,000 al mes y bono de gestión $1,000 al mes en base a objetivos.
