Nuestro cliente es una empresa líder en tecnología de viajes y turismo | Los Cabos | Remoto

Objetivo del puesto

Gestionar comercialmente una cartera de hoteles en la zona de Los Cabos, fortaleciendo la relación con los directores de venta y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos de contratación, tarifas y disponibilidad.

Actividades principales

  • Analizar información de mercado para respaldar decisiones comerciales
  • Gestionar tarifas, conectividad y paridad con hoteles
  • Administrar y expandir la cartera de hoteles, identificando nuevas oportunidades de negocio
  • Negociar acuerdos de marketing y renovar contratos existentes
  • Diseñar campañas promocionales en conjunto con el área de Marketing
  • Evaluar el impacto de las ventas y el retorno de inversión
  • Desarrollar estrategias de precios que garanticen la rentabilidad de los productos
  • Participar en ferias, fam trips y eventos del sector turístico

Perfil requerido

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Turismo, Marketing o afín
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en marketing, ventas o gestión de cuentas en el sector turístico, de preferencia hotelero
  • Conocimiento del mercado turístico de Los Cabos
  • Habilidad para gestionar relaciones comerciales y trabajar con equipos internos
  • Capacidad de negociación y cumplimiento de objetivos de venta
  • Indispensable radicar en la zona de Los Cabos

Condiciones de contratación

  • Sueldo neto mensual: $35,000 MXN
  • Prestaciones superiores
  • Bono trimestral de 15 días sujeto a cumplimiento de indicadores durante todo el trimestre
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la zona, aproximadamente una o dos veces al mes
