VA Sobres ayuda a repartidores de aplicaciones como Rappi, Uber Eats y DiDi a conseguir un buen celular financiado, conectividad, protección del equipo y soporte para seguir trabajando. Nuestra visión es mayor, queremos ser un aliado confiable del rider, no solo quien financia celulares.

Buscamos a los primeros representantes humanos de VA dentro de la comunidad rider. No es un puesto tradicional de venta de créditos ni de cambaceo. La misión es salir a los puntos donde se concentran los repartidores, conocerlos, escucharlos, identificar quiénes son los líderes naturales de cada comunidad y construir relaciones de confianza con ellos. Después, esta persona ayudará a reclutar y dar seguimiento a nuestra primera red de Founding Riders y Embajadores VA, resolver problemas, activar usuarios y expandir VA por la ciudad.

Buscamos a alguien que con el tiempo pueda crecer de trabajo en campo a Líder de Red, a City Lead y a posiciones de mayor responsabilidad.

Buscamos experiencia en: - Trabajo como repartidor o repartidora de alguna plataforma, es muy deseable. - Uso cotidiano de motocicleta, licencia y documentación vigente. - Trabajo en campo, comunidad o coordinación de personas. - Manejo natural de WhatsApp, Google Maps y aplicaciones móviles.

El perfil humano importa más que el currículum. Buscamos a alguien que genere confianza con facilidad, escuche más de lo que habla, resuelva en lugar de decir que algo no le toca, conecte personas de forma natural, tenga calle y criterio, y sea ordenado para dar seguimiento a los compromisos que hace. Buscamos ambición sana, alguien dispuesto a trabajar hoy en campo con interés real en crecer hacia liderazgo de equipo o de ciudad.

Nos interesan especialmente quienes fueron repartidores de uno a cuatro años, siguen teniendo contactos en la comunidad, y ya dieron un siguiente paso profesional en logística, ventas, coordinación, taller o telecomunicaciones.

No buscamos perfiles de cambaceo agresivo, venta de créditos puerta a puerta ni telemarketing. La experiencia comercial ayuda, pero nuestra primera moneda es la confianza, no la presión de cierre.

Los candidatos con mejor perfil pasarán por una prueba de campo pagada antes de la contratación definitiva. No implica vender nada, sino visitar un punto de concentración de repartidores y conversar naturalmente con ellos.

Condiciones: ubicación en Ciudad de México y zona metropolitana, modalidad principalmente de campo con seguimiento digital y reuniones de equipo, horarios flexibles según las concentraciones de riders. La compensación inicial se valida según experiencia, con una base aproximada de $12,000 a $16,000 MXN netos mensuales, más un variable potencial de $5,000 a $12,000 MXN, y apoyo para gastos de movilidad, datos y operación de campo.

Ofrecemos una ruta de crecimiento real, de Promotor o Promotora de Comunidad, a Líder de Red, a City Lead, a Regional Lead. VA está en una etapa temprana, las primeras personas ayudarán a definir la cultura, el producto y el modelo de expansión.

No buscamos a la persona que pueda venderle algo a cincuenta repartidores. Buscamos a la persona a la que cincuenta repartidores terminarían llamando porque confían en ella.
