Ayudamos a repartidores de plataformas como Rappi, Uber Eats y DiDi a conseguir un buen celular financiado, conectividad y soporte para seguir trabajando. Queremos ser un aliado de confianza del repartidor, no solo quien financia celulares.

El puesto

Buscamos un perfil multifuncional y poco común: una persona que salga a la calle a ser la cara de Va Sobres con la comunidad rider y que, además, tenga experiencia comprobable como chofer, porque parte de su tiempo brindará apoyo de transporte ejecutivo. Ofrecemos sueldo base más bonos y comisiones sin tope, algo que casi nunca existe en un puesto de chofer.

Requisito indispensable

Experiencia comprobable como chofer privado o de confianza, con referencias verificables, licencia vigente y buen historial de manejo.

¿Qué harás?

  • Visitar los puntos donde se concentran los repartidores, conocerlos y escucharlos.
  • Identificar a los líderes naturales de cada comunidad y construir relaciones de confianza con ellos.
  • Apoyar en el reclutamiento y seguimiento de nuestra primera red de Founding Riders y Embajadores Va Sobres.
  • Explicar la oferta de forma clara y acompañar el proceso de solicitud, sin presión de venta.
  • Resolver problemas y dar seguimiento para activar usuarios.
  • Brindar apoyo de transporte ejecutivo cuando se requiera, con discreción y puntualidad. Los traslados se programan y el resto del tiempo se dedica a campo.
  • Cuidar y mantener en orden el vehículo asignado por la empresa.
  • Registrar tu actividad y resultados.

¿A quién buscamos?

A alguien que genere confianza con facilidad, escuche más de lo que habla y resuelva en lugar de decir que algo no le toca. Que tenga calle y criterio, sea ordenado con sus compromisos y maneje con naturalidad WhatsApp, Google Maps y aplicaciones móviles. Nos interesa especialmente quien disfruta tratar con la gente y tiene gusto por las ventas, aunque nuestra primera moneda es la confianza, no la presión de cierre.

Preferentemente que vivas en la zona sur de la Ciudad de México o cerca de ella, para que tu traslado diario a la base de operación sea corto.
