Nuestro cliente, empresa líder mundial #1 en montacargas y equipos industriales, busca un líder excepcional para dirigir su operación en la región del Bajío.

📍 UBICACIÓN: Querétaro, Qro.

🎯 TU MISIÓN: Serás el responsable integral de nuestra sucursal en el Bajío, liderando:

  • Operación comercial de venta y renta de montacargas de marca líder mundial
  • Gestión operativa de la sucursal
  • Área de servicio técnico y mantenimiento
  • Desarrollo de estrategias comerciales regionales
  • Cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad
  • Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios

🎓 LO QUE NECESITAS:

INDISPENSABLE:

  • 🔴 INGLÉS AVANZADO (C1) Presentaciones ejecutivas Reuniones estratégicas Reportes corporativos

EXPERIENCIA:

  • 7+ años en posiciones de Subdirector de Ventas, liderazgo o similares
  • Experiencia en desarrollo del negocio
  • Experiencia en servicio y operaciones de montacargas (indispensable)
  • Manejo de P&L y responsabilidad de sucursal/región
  • Acostumbrado a trabajar por objetivos de ventas
  • Historial comprobado alcanzando metas comerciales

FORMACIÓN:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración o afín
  • Posgrado (deseable)

COMPETENCIAS:

Liderazgo inspirador y orientado a resultados

  • Negociación avanzada
  • Visión estratégica comercial
  • Capacidad de gestión integral (ventas + operaciones + servicio)

Disponibilidad para viajar en el Bajío. Que radique en Querétaro o disponibilidad de reubicación a Querétaro.
