Desafíos Clave

Mantener la documentación técnica y administrativa organizada y actualizada en todo momento.

Gestionar eficazmente repositorios digitales y controlar versiones de documentos.

Asegurar la trazabilidad y el cumplimiento de los procesos documentales del proyecto.

Coordinar eficazmente la recopilación y validación de documentación de múltiples equipos y proveedores externos en plazos ajustados.

Resumen del Rol

Responsable de administrar y controlar la documentación técnica y administrativa de proyectos de construcción, asegurando orden, trazabilidad y cumplimiento para el éxito del proyecto.

Requisitos Indispensables

3–5 años de experiencia en proyectos de construcción.

Formación en Ingeniería o Arquitectura.

Habilidades de organización, atención al detalle y control documental.

Manejo de SharePoint, Teams y Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Inglés hablado y escrito básico-intermedio.

Salario: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 MXN monthly

Responsabilidades Principales

Controlar la recepción, clasificación y resguardo de la documentación del proyecto.

Gestionar repositorios digitales y asegurar la digitalización y respaldo de la información.

Dar seguimiento a la documentación faltante y asegurar la integración del expediente final.

Supervisar el control de versiones de documentos para asegurar que siempre se utilicen las versiones más actualizadas en el proyecto.

Criterios del Candidato Ideal

Experiencia Mínimo 3 años

Estabilidad Laboral Mínimo 2 años

Educación/Especialización Requerida: Grado universitario requerido - Licenciatura en Ingeníeria Civil o Arquitectura
