The posting

Keep Production Running. Keep the Water Moving. Make an Impact Every Day.

If you’ve worked maintenance before, you know the frustration.

You’re often called only when something breaks. You spend your day putting out fires, chasing problems, and working on equipment nobody notices until it fails.

This role is different.

At Wisenbaker, the Facility / Water Plant Technician is a key player in keeping our operation moving. The work you do directly supports production, protects equipment, keeps recycled water flowing, and helps maintain a safe, clean environment.

You are not “just maintenance.” You help keep the entire system running.

Why This Role Matters

Our manufacturing operation depends on reliable recycled water systems. If the plant stops flowing, production feels it.

You’ll help maintain water treatment operations, support equipment reliability, improve facility appearance, and prevent downtime before it happens.

Your work has visible impact every day.

What You’ll Do

· Keep recycled water flowing to production equipment

· Support water treatment operations and chemical additions

· Remove sludge buildup and maintain plant efficiency

· Repair PVC lines and troubleshoot water system issues

· Maintain pumps and prepare backup equipment

· Paint and maintain machines, bollards, and facility areas

· Keep carts, grates, and support equipment operating properly

· Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

What You Need

· Maintenance, facility, industrial, or water treatment experience preferred

· Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

· Comfortable working hands-on in an active manufacturing environment

· Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work

· Strong ownership mentality and reliability

What You Get

· Stable full-time opportunity

· Profit sharing program

· Skill development in maintenance and water systems

· Career growth opportunities

· Work that matters and is seen every day

Ready to build something that keeps everything else running?

If you take pride in fixing problems before they become failures and want work that directly impacts operations, we’d like to meet you.

At Wisenbaker, we don’t just support the homebuilding industry — we help build it from the ground up. As one of the largest interior finish solutions providers in the country, we partner with top homebuilders to deliver flooring, countertops, and cabinets that turn houses into homes. But we’re more than materials — we’re a people-powered operation where hard work is noticed, growth is real, and leadership actually leads. If you're ready to be part of something built to last, welcome to Wisenbaker.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.
