Wismo Automotive är en av Sveriges största bilimportörer och ansvarar i dag för importen och marknadsföringen av Peugeot, Opel, DS, Citroën, Leapmotor och Mitsubishi på den svenska marknaden. Bakom Wismo Automotive står koncernen Global Auto Holdings Ltd., som är en av de största bilhandelgrupperna i USA, Kanada, Storbritannien, Irland och Tyskland och ett bolag med kraftig tillväxt och en stark kultur där det finns en kort väg från tanke till handling.

I ditt dagliga arbete kommer du att stödja våra återförsäljare inom reservdelsfrågor och till dels logistikfrågor. Vi är experterna på de märken vi representerar och vi guidar våra återförsäljare till att finna rätt reservdelar, rätt tillbehör och rätt lösningar i varje enskild situation. Detta görs via interna systemlösningar och via telefon. Du kommer också ha kontaktytor med Europeiska huvudkontor, där kommunikationen sker på Engelska.

För att lyckas i denna roll vill vi att du har 3-5 års erfarenhet av att jobba med eftermarknad i bilbranschen eller i närliggande branscher, gärna inom reservdelar. Du behöver ha en mycket god kännedom om ett fordons tekniska uppbyggnad. Dessutom är det en stor fördel om du tidigare har jobbat med aktiv support till återförsäljare och/eller slutkunder.

Du bör:

  • Ha goda datorkunskaper och du kan hantera flera program och system samtidigt.
  • Kunna arbeta strukturerat och med att dokumentera lösningar.
  • Ta egna initiativ, följa upp och självständigt kunna prioritera bland ärenden
  • Ha förståelse och insikt i logistikflöden och processer inom reservdelshantering.
  • Vara mycket service-minded och ha erfarenhet av daglig återförsäljarkontakt.
  • Kunna ha en positiv och utvecklande dialog med våra återförsäljare.
  • Det är ett krav med goda kunskaper i engelska, i tal och skrift. Det är en fördel om du förstår danska.
