Die WISS ist eine führende Bildungsinstitution in der Berufsbildung und bietet Aus\- und Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Wirtschaft, Informatik und Immobilien an, von der schulisch organisierten Berufslehre bis zu Studiengängen auf Stufe Höhere Fachschule. Zur Verstärkung unseres Grundbildungsteams Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Lehrgangsbetreuung mit Schwerpunkt Praktikumsbetriebe.

Lehrgangsbetreuung Grundbildung, Schwerpunkt Praktikumsbetriebe (60%) =====================================================================

Du begleitest unsere Lernenden beim Übergang von der schulischen Ausbildung in die betriebliche Praxis und bist Ansprechperson für Lernende und Praktikumsbetriebe. Du pflegst bestehende Partnerschaften und baust neue Kontakte auf. Gemeinsam mit der Schulleitung und dem Grundbildungsteam unterstützt du die Organisation und Qualität der praktischen Ausbildung. Dein Hauptarbeitsort ist Zürich. Durch regelmässige Besuche bei unseren Praktikumsbetrieben in der Region Zürich pflegst du den persönlichen Kontakt und stärkst die Zusammenarbeit.

Deine Aufgaben sind unter anderem

  • Begleitung der Lernenden bei der Praktikumssuche und während der Ausbildung
  • Betreuung und Pflege bestehender Praktikumspartnerschaften
  • Aufbau neuer Kontakte zu potenziellen Praktikumsbetrieben
  • Ansprechperson bei Fragen und Herausforderungen rund ums Praktikum
  • Unterstützung bei Bewerbungen und Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Koordination von Praktikumsverträgen und administrativen Abläufen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachstellen
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten und der Weiterentwicklung der Grundbildung

Deine Stärken sind unter anderem

  • Freude an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Empathie und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Offenheit im Umgang mit Menschen und Unternehmen
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise IT\-Betreuungserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln und Grundkenntnisse an Informatik
  • Teamfähigkeit und lösungsorientiertes Denken
