Founding Engineer

## Job Summary As a Founding Engineer, you will collaborate with experienced technical founders to build and scale an AI-driven risk and compliance platform tailored for financial institutions. This early-stage role offers significant ownership in shaping both the technical and product direction of the company.

## Responsibilities - Develop and scale the core platform utilizing Python/FastAPI and React/Next.js. - Partner with founders to influence product and technical decisions. - Rapidly iterate based on customer feedback to improve AI-driven automation. - Prioritize features and system architecture to enhance speed and scalability. - Contribute to a high-performance, fast-paced startup environment.

## Qualifications - Experience: Prior experience in building and deploying production-level software. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in both backend and frontend development; ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. - Problem-Solving: Strong product instincts with the capability to work directly with users to derive solutions. - Ownership & Execution: Enthusiasm for early-stage startups and a proactive approach to action. - Soft Skills: Emphasizes collaboration, respect, and humility in a high-intensity environment.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with AI/ML, automation, or compliance-related technologies. - Background in startups, particularly within fintech or SaaS. - Experience working in a dynamic, customer-focused team.

## Experience - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software development and deployment.
