  • Leading requirements definition and delivery for tax-focused products, including client intake, workpaper automation, document extraction, and review workflows
  • Writing user stories and acceptance criteria based on business-driven functionality as well as technical capabilities (working with both the Product Owner and Innovation team)
  • Building and executing test scripts, coordinating user acceptance testing with tax teams, and triaging defects through resolution
  • Assisting with execution of product delivery and services which includes benefit realization (ROI of new products, features, tools, services, etc.)
  • Helping the Innovation team align change catalysts to ensure successful adoption and utilization of products within the Tax practice
  • Facilitating knowledge sessions, demonstrations, and training with subject matter experts and stakeholders across the firm
  • Tracking adoption, usage, and time savings, and reporting results back to Innovation and Tax leadership
  • Participating in sprint planning and project/process specification meetings
  • Understanding data movement and detailed knowledge of upstream and downstream systems, including tax software platforms, and the interactions and dependencies between them
  • Seeking awareness of product scope (e.g. MVP) and providing input to define clear user stories to inform product development

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
