Job Description

We're looking for an SEO and GEO expert who can grow our visibility in both traditional search and AI-generated answers. You'll own the strategy and execution, and connect organic results to real business outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Build and execute organic growth strategy across Wix.com dependent on business priorities
  • Create and optimize content so it is cited and recommended by AI search engines and LLMs
  • Track brand mentions, citations, and share of voice in AI answers, and turn the findings into strategic actions
  • Run keyword and topic research, SERP analysis, and competitor gap analysis
  • Assist with technical SEO: site architecture, crawlability, indexation and schema markup
  • Build briefs, review drafts, and refresh underperforming content
  • Develop entity and internal linking strategies that build topical authority
  • Run experiments, measure results, and report on traffic, rankings, citations, and conversions
  • Work with other marketing and product teams to generate organic growth
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates and changes in AI search

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a track record of measurable growth
  • Strong understanding of how Google and LLMs surface and cite sources/brands
  • Solid technical SEO skills
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence with turning data into clear recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, in English
