The posting

Wizpresso is an enterprise AI software company transforming regulatory compliance, due diligence, and business workflows through secure, intelligent automation. Our products help organisations manage complex information, generate evidence-based insights, and operate with greater speed, governance, and confidence.

We are looking for a hands-on DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer with at least 3-5 years of experience to build, operate, secure, and continuously improve the cloud infrastructure behind our enterprise SaaS and AI products. You will work closely with software engineers, AI teams, product managers, and implementation teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure services for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure cloud infrastructure for Wizpresso's applications and AI-enabled services.
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated software releases across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
  • Manage containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes or equivalent orchestration platforms.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, or similar technologies.
  • Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, availability, and security using observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, CloudWatch, or equivalent.
  • Lead incident investigation, root-cause analysis, and remediation activities; improve system reliability through preventive engineering.
  • Establish backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability practices appropriate for enterprise customers.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve deployment architecture, system performance, security controls, and operational readiness.
  • Maintain cloud security standards, including identity and access management, secrets management, network security, vulnerability management, encryption, and audit logging.
  • Support security, privacy, and compliance requirements relevant to enterprise software deployments, including customer due diligence and security questionnaires.
  • Optimise infrastructure performance and cloud expenditure while maintaining reliability and service quality.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, and deployment procedures.
  • Provide technical support for customer deployments, including private cloud, virtual private cloud, or on-premise environments where required.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong production experience with one or more major cloud platforms, preferably AWS; experience with Azure or Google Cloud Platform is also welcome.
  • Solid hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, CircleCI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in containerisation and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, preferably Terraform; knowledge of Ansible, Helm, or CloudFormation is an advantage.
  • Strong Linux administration, networking, troubleshooting, and scripting skills using Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions for production systems.
  • Good understanding of cloud security, access control, network segmentation, secrets management, data protection, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Experience supporting highly available, customer-facing SaaS platforms and managing production incidents.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a practical approach to resolving complex operational issues.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, LLM, data-processing, or document-intelligence platforms.
  • Experience operating PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Redis, message queues, and object storage in production environments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, or Hong Kong data privacy requirements.
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture, enterprise integrations, or deployment into regulated industries such as financial services, legal, insurance, or government.
  • Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, or security certifications.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to build infrastructure for meaningful enterprise AI products used in regulatory, legal, and business-critical workflows.
  • A high-impact role with direct ownership over platform reliability, security, and engineering efficiency.
  • Exposure to modern AI, workflow automation, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise software challenges.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with opportunities to influence technical strategy and product direction.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, commensurate with experience.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
