  • Beurteilung, Bearbeitung und Prüfung von vorvertraglichen Unterlagen privater und öffentlicher Auftraggeber
  • Kalkulation von Projekten nach Einheitspreis-Leistungsverzeichnis und nach Funktionalausschreibung
  • Anfragen von Lieferanten und Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Ermittlung marktgerechter und kostendeckender Angebotspreise
  • Erstellung von Angebots-, Auftrags-, und Nachtragskalkulationen
  • Bepreisung von Sondervorschlägen/Nebenangeboten
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Massenermittlungen und Preisspiegeln
  • Fachliche Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Übergabe der Auftragskalkulation an die Projektabwicklung

Ihr Profil

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit sehr gutem Hintergrundwissen, gern auch abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Hochschulausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Kalkulation oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung
  • Affinität für Zahlen und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kenntnisse der VOB wünschenswert
  • Sichere Anwenderkenntnisse entsprechender ERP-Software und MS-Office Anwendungen
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse vorteilhaft
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Leistungsbereitschaft, Selbständigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Effizienz- und Kostenbewusstsein
