Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Investment & Immigration Consultant to provide business consultancy, investment-related advisory coordination and immigration application support services to international entrepreneurs, investors and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will manage client relationships, coordinate complex consultancy projects and work with relevant professional advisers and government agencies where appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional consultancy support to international investors, entrepreneurs and corporate clients.
  • Assess client business objectives, investment interests and relocation requirements.
  • Coordinate investment-related business consultancy projects and corporate establishment matters.
  • Assist clients in understanding Singapore's business environment, company establishment procedures and relevant immigration pathways.
  • Coordinate Employment Pass, Dependant's Pass and other relevant immigration-related matters within applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with licensed professionals, financial institutions, corporate service providers and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare business proposals, client assessment reports, consultancy documentation and project presentations.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients and international business partners.
  • Monitor regulatory developments relevant to business consultancy and immigration-related services.
  • Support business development activities, client acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in investment-related consultancy, immigration consultancy, corporate advisory, wealth management or international business services.
  • Good understanding of Singapore's business and immigration regulatory environment.
  • Strong client relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential client information professionally.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple client projects independently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, International Business or a related discipline.
  • Preferably 5–8 years of relevant experience in consultancy, corporate advisory or related professional services.
  • Relevant professional certifications are advantageous.
  • Strong written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is advantageous for communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
  • No qualifications required if with over 10 years of relevant experience in consultancy, corporate advisory or related professional services.
