Als Alltagsheld bei WMD unterstützt du Menschen im Alltag, die aus gesundheitlichen Gründen auf deine Hilfe angewiesen sind. Aktuell suchen wir engagierte Mitarbeiter:innen in ganz Deutschland.

Du bist 100 % zeitlich flexibel: Du entscheidest selbst, welche Patient:innen du unterstützen möchtest. Die Arbeitszeiten vereinbarst du anschließend individuell und flexibel direkt mit den Patient:innen – ganz passend zu deinem Alltag. Das Beste daran: Du erhältst 13,90-15,90€ pro Stunde, steuerfrei ausgezahlt – und das bis zu 603 € im Monat.

Deine Mission:

  • Lebensqualität schaffen: Durch Deine Unterstützung bei der Reinigung und Instandhaltung von Wohnräumen.
  • Alltagsfreuden ermöglichen: Mit Deiner Hilfe beim Einkaufen und Kochen.
  • Familien unterstützen: Durch Wäsche waschen, bügeln und ggf. liebevolle Kinderbetreuung (bei vorhandener Erfahrung).

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

  • Eine gründliche, gut organisierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit – weil Du zählst!
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse, um effektiv zu kommunizieren.
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild.
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Kindern sind ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
  • Faire Vergütung: 13,90-15,90 € pro Stunde (ausbezahlt)
  • Fortbildung zum Pflegegrad-Profi: Bis zu 200,00 € pro Neukunde
