Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir am Standort Dortmund Brackel Verstärkung für unser Team als Personaldisponent (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Planung, Steuerung und Disposition unserer Haushaltshilfen
  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer Haushaltshilfen
  • Vertragsmanagement und Pflege der Personalakten
  • Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung von Stunden- und Fahrtkosten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Personal, Vertrieb und Finanzen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Industriekaufmann/-frau oder Kaufmann/-frau für Büromanagement, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Personalbereich
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaldisposition, in der Personaldienstleistung oder vergleichbarer Position
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
