Von der Antragstellung bis zur Organisation der Haushaltshilfe begleiten wir unsere Klient*innen Schritt für Schritt.

Deine Aufgaben

Als erfahrener Recruiter (m/w/d) kennst du Verantwortung im gesamten Bewerbungsprozess und bist nicht nur Teilzeitler*in, sondern:

ein vollwertiger Teil des Teams

  • du stehst in engem Austausch mit den unterschiedlichen Abteilungen/ Stakeholder
  • du hilfst uns, dem Recruitment neue Impulse zu geben
  • Du sichtest eingehende Bewerbungen und triffst eine qualifizierte Vorauswahl.
  • Du führst eigenständig strukturierte Vorstellungsgespräche durch.
  • Du steuerst Auswahlverfahren professionell und triffst fundierte Einstellungsentscheidungen.
  • Du pflegst und verwaltest die Profile unserer Bewerber*innen zuverlässig in unserem Recruitingsystem.
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Bewerberinnen während des gesamten Bewerbungsprozesses und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den jeweiligen Fachbereichen zusammen, um Personalbedarfe zu besetzen.

Erfahrung im Recruiting oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich – oder Du bringst berufliche Erfahrungen mit, von denen Du überzeugt bist, dass sie neue Impulse für unser Recruiting setzen.

  • Eine strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
  • Ein sicheres, professionelles und empathisches Auftreten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Interesse an modernen Recruiting-Prozessen und deren Weiterentwicklung.
