Mitarbeiter*in Bewilligungs- und Patientenmanagement (m/w/d) Vollzeit | Montag–Freitag | 08:00–17:00 Uhr

Deine Aufgaben – mit Herz und Struktur

  • Einholung und Nachverfolgung von Genehmigungen bei Krankenkassen
  • Prüfung und Versand von Anträgen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen und Patient*innen
  • Pflege der Stammdaten in unserem CRM-System

Das bringst Du mit

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise – auch wenn es einmal etwas lebhafter wird
  • Ein souveränes, überzeugendes und durchsetzungsstarkes Auftreten am Telefon
  • Gehaltsspanne von 2.400 € – 2.800 € brutto pro Monat
  • Einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag, für einen sorglosen Start
  • Geregelte Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag zwischen 08:00 und 17:00 Uhr – keine Schicht- oder Wochenendarbeit
