Von der Antragstellung bis zur Organisation der Haushaltshilfe begleiten wir unsere Patient*innen Schritt für Schritt.

Deine Aufgaben:

Kontakte knüpfen. Beziehungen aufbauen. Kooperationen schaffen.

  • Du identifizierst potenzielle Kooperationspartner wie Krankenhäuser, Sozialdienste, Arztpraxen, Pflegeeinrichtungen und weitere Einrichtungen im Gesundheitswesen.
  • Du gehst aktiv auf potenzielle und aktive Ansprechpartner zu – telefonisch und persönlich.
  • Du stellst WMD Alltagshelden und unsere Dienstleistungen verständlich, sympathisch und professionell vor.
  • Du gewinnst neue Partner für eine nachhaltige Kooperation mit WMD Alltagshelden.
  • Du pflegst bestehende Kooperationen und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du reaktivierst ruhende Kontakte und bringst WMD Alltagshelden wieder ins Gespräch.
  • Du beobachtest Entwicklungen und erkennst neue Möglichkeiten für Kooperationen.
  • Eine verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum
