Consider a career at WMG and get the best of both worlds – an innovative global music company that retains the creative spirit of a nimble independent.

A little bit about our team:

WMX, Warner Music Group’s culture-driving media, creative content, and artist services’ division, sets a new standard for artists, advertisers, and fans through world class experiences, award-winning creative content, and industry leading audience insights. At WMX (Warner Music Experience) we’re building the music industry’s most dynamic artist and fan-centric organization, creating fans and influencing culture through engaging content and best-in-class experiences. We partner with acclaimed brands and emerging artists to create innovative, authentic, world-class consumer experiences.

Ecommerce and Commerce Channels has grown to be a thriving business for artists and brands. Our team partners with artists, labels and executives to develop engaging artist stores, social activations, sales channel extensions and memorable customer experiences. We develop best in class tools and processes to help internal teams efficiently deliver products and services to fans around the world.

Your role:

We're looking for a Product Manager to support development of the business strategy, roadmap, and execution for Warner Music's third-party commerce channels as an extension of our current eCommerce network of Shopify stores. This role will help expand how fans discover and purchase artist products beyond our standard storefronts by enabling scalable commerce experiences across social platforms, third-party marketplaces, emerging AI-powered shopping experiences, and future sales channels.

Working closely with ecommerce operations, merchandising, marketing, analytics, label / artist teams and external platform partners, you'll support opportunities to increase reach, improve operational efficiency, and drive incremental revenue through innovative commerce capabilities.

Here you’ll get to:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for third-party commerce channels that extend our Shopify storefronts, catalogs and customer reach
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of new Shopify apps, platform capabilities, and third-party sales channel integrations that improve the fan experience and business performance
  • Define requirements, and success metrics; support product delivery from discovery through launch and continuous optimization
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external technology providers to successfully launch and optimize new commerce capabilities
  • Stay informed on emerging commerce trends, including AI-powered shopping, agentic commerce and new digital sales channels and share ideas that enhance the fan experience and support business growth
  • Educate stakeholders on current and developing capabilities and establish best practices for re-use of mature capabilities across our roster of artists and stores

About you:

  • 2-3 years of Product Management experience, with a background in eCommerce or digital commerce
  • Experience supporting products or integrations that drive online commerce, marketplaces, social commerce or digital sales channels
  • Experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms
  • Understanding of product catalogs, inventory, order management and third-party integrations
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with development, design, operations, marketing and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders at all levels

We’d love it if you also had:

  • Comfortable using data to prioritize product decisions and measure business impact
  • Experience owning a product area with measurable revenue, conversion, or customer growth goals
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
