Deine Aufgaben

Für unsere zukünftige neue Niederlassung in Langenselbold suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich Seefracht Import. Du hast ein gutes Gespür für internationale Warenströme und behältst auch bei komplexen Importprozessen den Überblick? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und unterstütze uns dabei, unseren neuen Standort von Anfang an erfolgreich mit aufzubauen.

Als Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) im Bereich Seefracht Import übernimmst du die eigenständige Abwicklung internationaler Importsendungen und begleitest den gesamten Prozess von der Auftragserteilung bis zur erfolgreichen Zustellung.

Seefracht-Spezialist: Du wickelst Importaufträge ab und überwachst die gesamte Transportkette. Organisationstalent: Du koordinierst und organisierst internationale Transporte. Dokumenten-Experte: Du erstellst und prüfst Transportdokumente mit Sorgfalt. Kommunikations-Profi: Du stehst in engem Austausch mit Kunden, Reedereien, Behörden und Dienstleistern. Timing-Koordinator: Du überwachst Liefertermine und stellst sicher, dass alles pünktlich ankommt. Kosten-Kontrolleur: Du behältst die Kosten und Abrechnungen der Aufträge im Blick. Optimierungs-Genie: Du bringst Ideen zur Verbesserung von Logistikprozessen ein.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Seefracht, idealerweise im Bereich Import
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Erfahrung mit Speditions- oder Transportmanagementsystemen von Vorteil
  • Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
