Die Wohnen und Pflege Peteracker AG ist ein familiäres Zuhause für betagte und pflegebedürftige Menschen - ein Ort, an dem es sich «guet lääbe lohnt». Wir befinden uns in der schönen Gemeinde Rafz, direkt angrenzend an die Landwirtschaftszone mit Blick ins Grüne. Bei uns leben bis zu 42 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner in wohnlichen Zimmern unterschiedlicher Komfortstufen.

Ihre Aufgaben Finanzen

Präzise und fristgerechte Ausführung aller Buchungsprozesse, finanzielle Transaktionen, Bankbuchungen und Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorgaben. Vorbereitung von Abschlüssen und Berichten. Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Kreditoren-Rechnungen. Erfassung von lohnrelevanten Daten sowie die Erstellung der Lohnabrechnungen. Meldungen an Quellensteuer inklusive fristgerechte Abgabe an die Behörden. Führung der Anlagenbuchhaltung und Berechnung der Abschreibungen.

Ihre Aufgaben Personaladministration

Erfassung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen sowie Organisation und Koordination des Onboarding-Prozesses. Überwachung der Personaleinsatzplanungs-Software Nexus PEPS sowie die Kontrolle der Krankheits- und Unfallmeldungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichsleitungen. Verwaltung von Mitarbeiter Benefits und Vorbereiten von Arbeitszeugnissen.

Ihr Profil

Für diese sehr vielfältige Tätigkeit suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit mit kaufmännischer Grundausbildung (Kauffrau/-mann oder vergleichbare Qualifikation) und Ausbildung als Fachfrau Rechnungswesen sowie HR-Assistentin. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Pflegeinstitution in der Administration ist von Vorteil. Sie sind eine dienstleistungsorientierte Mitarbeiterin und haben Freude an den Menschen. Neben Deutsch als Muttersprache bringen Sie sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse und Belastbarkeit mit.
