Das Wohnheim Frohberg ist ein psychiatrisches Wohnheim in Schaffhausen, welches 18 BewohnerInnen mit einer chronisch psychischen Erkrankung einen betreuten Wohn- und Pflegeplatz bietet. Zusätzlich bieten wir für psychisch Kranke Menschen, welche vorübergehend nicht mehr in der Lage sind allein zu leben, eine Wohngemeinschaft mit 5 Plätzen an.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/ einen

Fachfrau/ Fachmann Gesundheit (FaGe) oder Fachfrau/ Fachmann Betreuung (FaBe)

IHR AUFGABENGEBIET

  • Mitverantwortung bei der Pflege und Betreuung sowie bei Aktivierungen und Begleitungen der Bewohner
  • Sie wirken bei der Tagesgestaltung aktiv mit
  • Arbeiten im Bezugspflegesystem
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachstellen
  • Unterstützung bei medizinischen Verrichtungen
  • Mithilfe bei hauswirtschaftlichen, administrativen und logistischen Arbeiten

IHR ANFORDERUNGSPROFIL

  • Sie sind motiviert und zuverlässig
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FaGe oder FaBe
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Selbständigkeit
  • Freude und Bereitschaft, sich auf vertrauensvolle Beziehungen mit den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern einzulassen
