Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufstellung Betriebskostenliste und Abstimmung mit der FIBU
  • Zuarbeit für Jahresabschluss (Liste unfertige Leistungen)
  • Buchung der Rechnungen (Strom, Grundabgaben, Grundsteuer, etc.)
  • Buchung Abschläge der Abrechnungsfirmen
  • Korrespondenz mit allen Abrechnungsfirmen/Dienstleister
  • Mieterangelegenheiten / Beschwerdeannahme im Bereich der Nebenkosten
  • Pflege Online-Portal / Nutzerdaten
  • Erstellung Nutzerliste
  • Heizkostenabrechnung von Dienstleister in ERP-System einspielen und nach Abweichungen zum Vorjahr überprüfen
  • Anschreiben + Beiblatt an Mieter erstellen, sortieren und versenden
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung der Belegprüfung durch Mieter
  • Bei Modernisierung/Umbauten Angebot einholen/prüfen und Vertragsprüfung von Heizkostenverteiler (externer Dienstleister)
  • Korrekturarbeiten bei Unstimmigkeiten im ERP-System vornehmen
  • Abrechnungserstellung (Beko) / Prüfung in ERP-System
  • Zuarbeit zur kaufmännischen Abteilungsleitung in Teilbereichen des Wirtschaftsplans
  • Kautionsverwaltung (Studentenwohnheim) Erstellung/Verwaltung von Kautionsverträgen Auszahlungen/Umbuchungen veranlassen Verrechnungen vornehmen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Erstellung von Bekoabrechnungen, idealerweise in der Immobilienbranche
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Gute Kenntnisse im ERP-System, vorzugsweise Wodis Yuneo
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit sowie hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationskompetenz
  • Eigenmotivation und Selbstständigkeit
